The Springy Public Library mascot, Pancake the Library Cat, can answer patrons' basic questions about either branch. Plus, Pancake quickly connects users to the info they need by searching the events calendar, suggesting LibAnswers FAQ entries, and more.

  • Say hi to Evie! This Chatbot is designed to help answer patrons' questions about the library calendar. Evie can help find upcoming events or direct patrons to live chat or the ticket queue with questions about their registration status. There's also the option to suggest a library program!

Chatbot on Youth Services Page

  • When parents or kids visit the Youth Services page of your public library website, BookieMonster is here to help! Bookie can search for library events, direct patrons to library services, and provide answers to Frequently Asked Questions, like where to look for book recommendations for kids or how to get a library card.
