One of the things I particularly like is the overall ease of integrating university branding to the E-Reserves module. Customization options allow for seamless user transition between LibGuides, LibAnswers, E-Reserves, and our library website.
LibGuides E-Reserves is intuitive to use and easy to organize. Springshare customer support is unfailingly responsive to questions and requests whether via their system embedded help forms, email, or Twitter.
Moving to Springshare E-Reserves has been a great decision for the Library and our patrons. Our students find the single search box intuitive and easy to use. The software provides fields for all the information we need to record for each article or other information. The links interface seamlessly with the university's classroom management system.
The conversion process went well. The Springshare staff worked with us to ensure the mapping from the old system to Springshare ereserves did exactly what we needed it to do. Whenever we contacted anyone on the Springshare team, they always got back to us within a few hours or the next day.
