None of these times work for me!

Don't worry - we'll record the session and post it on this Migration Guide. You can watch it at a time that works for you.

Should I attend this session? Who is it for?

These sessions apply specifically to those who are 24/7 Co-Op members: users that receive support from the global network of libraries and the 24/7 Springshare Librarians.

If you do give and/or receive support from the cooperative, then these are the sessions for you!

If you do not give or receive support from the cooperative, then you are a "software-only" subscriber and should not register for these 24/7 Cooperative sessions. We do have resources available for you (of course)!

  • Software-Only Training - Recordings of sessions are available.
  • Requesting Your LibAnswers System - If you don't have a LibAnswers system already, please contact us (qp@springshare.com) and we'll get your system installed. Getting a LibAnswers system does not mean that you're live with LibAnswers! It's just the first step in the migration process.

Does the 24/7 LibAnswers Cooperative training session cover everything about LibAnswers?

No. This session focuses specifically on the 24/7 chat cooperative functionality in LibAnswers. For training on the other aspects of LibAnswers, please refer to the below recordings. Only watch the sessions for the tools you're using in QuestionPoint. For example, if you're using the Knowledge Base in QuestionPoint, then you'll want to watch the FAQ and FAQ Groups (Admin and Regular session).

If you're using the Email Question Form or the Post-Chat Follow-Up Features in QuestionPoint, watch:

When can I go live with LibAnswers?

We've announced two dates that you can go live with LibAnswers: February 28, 2020 or May 29, 2020. More information about each of these dates / what it means to go live on each of these dates are in our last blog post. Please be sure to read it so you can make the best decision for your library / group!
