Craving som'ores s'mores?  

We've got some twists on S'Mores to get you in the camping mood!

S'mores Bake

  • Softened Premade Cookie Dough OR Make Your Own*
  • 1 1/3 cup mini marshmallows divided
  • 3 large sized Hershey bars broken into pieces
  • 2 sleeves graham crackers broken into squares + 2-3 graham crackers broken into bits for top of cookies.


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Mix premade cookie dough with 1 cup of marshmallows.

  • Line a 13"x18" sheet pan with parchment paper, spraying the parchment with non-stick cooking spray. Layout graham crackers on baking sheet leaving no gaps between them.

  • Place small scoops of cookie dough on the graham crackers, using an ice cream scoop and spread dough out a little by flattening with back side of scoop or spoon.

  • Bake for 5 minutes without disturbing.

After 5 minutes of baking

  • Press Hershey pieces, 1/3 cup marshmallows. and 1/3 cup broken graham crackers on top.

  • Bake for 5-7 more minutes.

  • Cool cookie bars in pan.

  • Cut cookies into bars or squares.

  • Store at room temperature in a sealed container.

Makes approx. 30 bars.

Cookie Dough from Scratch

  • Ingredients 
    • 2/3 cup butter softened
    • 1 cup brown sugar packed
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
    • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Instructions
    • Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
    • Using a mixer, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy in another bowl.
    • Add vanilla, then add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
    • Slowly beat in flour mixture until just incorporated.
    • Fold in the milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 cup of marshmallows.

S'mores Mocha


  • 8 oz Hot Water to 2 oz Espresso or 12 oz Coffee

  • Frothed Milk

  • 1-2 Packets of Hot Chocolate

  • Mini Marshmallows - Toasted

  • Pinch of Graham Cracker Crumbs

S'mores Cocktail

  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
  •  2 crushed graham crackers
  • 1 ½ ounces marshmallow vodka
  • 1 ounce Irish cream
  • 1 ounce heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 ounce chocolate syrup, plus more to drizzle in the glass
  • ½ ounce Drambuie
  • Toasted jumbo marshmallows


  1. Spoon the marshmallow fluff onto a small plate, just wider than the rim of the martini glass. If necessary, add a teaspoon of water and mix in to thin slightly. Allow the fluff to settle and smooth before continuing.
  2. Crush up graham crackers and place them on another plate next to the marshmallow fluff.
  3. Dip the rim of your martini glass in the fluff and turn to coat. Then do the same with the graham cracker crumbs.
  1. Stick a skewer through a marshmallow and toast the marshmallow using a grill or kitchen torch. Set aside.
  1. Add the marshmallow vodka, Irish cream,  heavy cream, chocolate syrup, and Drambuie to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Drizzle chocolate syrup lightly into the martini glass to create swirls on the glass.
  3.  Strain the cocktail into your prepared martini glass and add your marshmallow garnish.
  4.  Serve immediately.
