Se presentará cómo se implementó el servicio especializado que brinda el equipo de Bibliotecólogos y Bibliotecólogas de nuestra Universidad a estudiantes y docentes haciendo uso de nuestra suscripción a productos Springshare (LibGuides, LibAnswers y LibCal). Este servicio busca resolver consultas para elaborar sus trabajos académicos, investigaciones o en la preparación de clases, a través de sesiones en línea por MS Teams. Las asesorías son exclusivas para la comunidad institucional y se tratan temas relacionados a los talleres de manejo de información como Normas APA, Test de similitud (SafeAssign y TurnItIn), Búsqueda de información, Gestores de referencia (Mendeley y EndNote) y Análisis Bibliométrico.

Join us to learn how the team of Librarians from the UPC library provides specialized services to students and teachers using their subscription to Springshare products (LibGuides, LibAnswers, and LibCal). These services seek to answer queries and aid library users in the preparation of their academic work, research, and course planning, through online sessions via MS Teams. Specific topics covered in these consulting sessions for students and faculty include APA standards, plagiarism testing tools (SafeAssign and TurnItIn), effective research skills, citation management (Mendeley and EndNote), Bibliometric Analysis, and general information management skills.
