INTERLIBRARY LOAN

Members of the university community interested in borrowing library materials not held by the University Libraries should contact the Interlibrary Loan Department.

The Document Delivery department lends original materials owned by the university to other institutions. It also provides photocopies, including copies of dissertations and theses.

LIBRARY CHECK-OUT POLICIES & PROCEDURES

If you are a freshman, you may check-out 10 books, 3 DVDs, and 2 CDs at a time.

If you are an upperclassman, you may check-out 15 books, 5 DVDs, and 10 CDs at a time.

If you are a Masters or Doctoral student, you may check-out 50 books, 20 DVDs, and 20 CDs at a time.

If you are a faculty member, there is no limit on checkouts. 

RENEWING YOUR BOOKS VIA THE OPAC

To renew your books via the library catalog, or OPAC, make sure you have your library card on you.

Go to the library website and click the 'Renew Books' tab.

Make sure to enter your library ID number and click Submit.

SEARCHING THE LIBRARY'S DATABASES & PERIODICALS

To gain access to the libraries' databases, navigate to the homepage and click the periodicals and e-resources button.
