How Does LibCal Spaces & Seats Work?

Make Entire Rooms Bookable as a Whole


  • Subdivide Rooms in A, B, C and allow for combinations of booking (A/B or B/C).
  • Upload room images and descriptions including directions.
  • Include room info like powered or wheelchair accessible.
 

Make Seats Within a Room Individually Bookable


  • Make individual seats or computers within a Room bookable.
  • Admins can book entire room and make all seats 'booked'.

  • Coming Soon: Integration with RemoteLock so once they're checked-in, the Space automatically unlocks to let them in!
