Create Detailed Customer Profiles

Search for customer profiles and find everything you need.

Each customer profile contains detailed information on that customer including their library interactions.

For each profile, view:

  • General information - Including contact information, person or organization type-specific fields, and their assigned librarian liaison.
  • Statistics - Interaction charts and tables, operational email list memberships.
  • Updates Log - Updated fields, old and new values, which account changed them, and on what day.

  • Relationships - Current list of relationships this person type has with other customers. 
  • Memberships - Affiliation and affiliation type with your organization customers.

  • Interactions - Current list of interactions including any manual recorded, from email, or from connected Springshare tools (LibCal, LibAnswers, etc.)

  • Connected Tasks / Projects - View all projects and tasks that you've connected to that customer profile.

  • Notes / Attachments - Store, read, and download all files and attachments connected to that customer profile.
