Customize the Interaction Metadata to slice and dice your data. 

  • Interaction Sources - Did the interaction occur via email? Phone? Fax? Carrier Pigeon?
    • Note: For Email and Springshare Tools (LibAnswers, LibCal) we automatically include these sources in your list.
  • Interaction Type - Was it ready reference? An in-depth consultation?
  • Interaction Location - Were you in your office when the interaction occurred? Roving? Or at the reference desk?
